Headline: Overturned lorry driver arrested

Thanks to my colleague Ro for pointing out this BBC News headline:

BBC News, 'Overturned lorry driver arrested'

This suggests that it is the driver that overturned, not the lorry (although the driver probably did overturn with his vehicle).

Yes it is an awkward construct. If the BBC writer had used 'who' and not 'which', I might have been confused.

I agree, I think the opening par is much clearer than the headline.
